Horse Boarding, Hunter/ Jumper Sales, Training and Instruction

FAQ's

May I board here even if I don’t ride hunters or jumpers?

We would love to have you here, regardless of your discipline!

I would like to board with you but I have my own trainer. Can he/ she come and give me lessons?

Though we have open boarding, we do not allow outside trainers to work out of arena.

Do the horses have individual or group turnout?

For safety reasons, all horses are turned out individually. However, if multiple owner’s give their permission for their horses to be turned out with one another, we can allow those horses to be turned out together in the field.

I like the feed my horse is currently on. Can we keep it on this feed?

Yes, that is not a problem, though a fee may apply.

Do you have drains in your stalls?

No, we do not. We have used them previously and did not find that they added any value to the cleanliness of the stalls. We opted for Stable Comfort mattresses in all the stalls. Take a moment to read up on them, or stop by and stand on one, and you will see why!

Do you have trails?

Due to our location, we cannot offer trails. However, you are welcome to take a stroll around our 17 acres. There is also a state forest just a quick jaunt up the road that offers miles of free trails.

Do you give English riding lessons? Do you have horses we can ride?

We offer riding lessons for individuals 6 years old and up. We have lesson horses suitable for small children to adults that are safe and sensible!

Do you offer pasture boarding?

We do have one pasture set aside exclusively for pasture boarding. Please for more information regarding boarding details.
